Q: Can I request for a refund or return?

A: We are sorry to hear about your request for a refund or return. Regrettably, we must clarify that refunds or returns are not accepted once payment for your order has been successfully processed unless an incorrect item has been shipped to you.

Q: Can I exchange for the items in my order?

A: If you haven't completed payment for the items in your cart, you can easily remove them by clicking on the trash bin icon. Then proceed to make payment for the remaining items. There are two scenarios for exchanging items:

  1. If the items are in your cart but you haven't checked out or made payment.
  2. If you've already checked out and made payment, but received the wrong item from EduSupport (ES).

Q: If I forgot to apply the discount code/gift card upon payment, would it be possible to receive a refund?

A: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided if payment has been made without applying the discount code or promotion code or gift card. Before completing payment, we highly recommend all customers thoroughly review their orders to ensure accuracy before proceeding with payment or checkout.

Q: What should I do if I've received the incorrect item from my order?

A: If you have purchased the correct item but received something different, please inform us within 7 days from the date of the order. Once we receive your notification, we will proceed to investigate the issue and provide you with a response within 3-5 working days.

      Q: What should I do if I've placed an incorrect order and have already made a payment?

      A: Please kindly note that refunds or exchanges are not available. Before making payment, we kindly encourage all our customers to thoroughly review the orders to ensure accuracy before proceeding with payment or checkout.
