Can I request for a refund or return or exchange?
We are sorry to hear about your request for a refund, return, or exchange. Unfortunately, we must clarify that refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once payment for your order has been successfully processed, unless an incorrect item has been shipped to you.
How to Handle Item Removal or Exchanges?
If you haven't completed payment for the items in your cart, you can easily remove them by clicking on the trash bin icon. Afterward, proceed with payment for the remaining items in your cart.
Exchange Scenarios:

Items in Cart (Not Checked Out or Paid): If the items are still in your cart and you haven’t completed the checkout process, simply remove them and continue with your purchase for the remaining items.

Items Already Paid For (Wrong Item Received): If you have already checked out and completed payment, but received the wrong item from EduSupport (ES), please reach out to us. We will assist you with the correct item.
If I forgot to apply the discount code/gift card upon payment, would it be possible to receive a refund?
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided if payment has been made without applying the discount code, promotion code, or gift card. To avoid this situation, we highly recommend all customers thoroughly review their orders and ensure all discounts or codes are applied before proceeding with payment or checkout.
What should I do if I've received the incorrect item or are unble to open the file?
If you have received the incorrect item or are unable to open the file for downloading, please notify us within 7 days from the date of your order. Once we receive your message, we will investigate the issue and get back to you with a resolution within 3-5 working days.
What should I do if I've placed an incorrect order and have already made a payment?
Please kindly note that refunds or exchanges are not available for digital resources once payment has been processed. We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review their orders to ensure accuracy before proceeding with payment or checkout.
