Q: Where can I log into my EduSupport (ES) account?

A: Click on the 'Human' Avatar icon or click on 'Account Login' on the footer menu bar.

Q: Why I can't login to my EduSupport (ES) account?

A: Check that you have entered the correct password. Ensure that you have keyed in the correct symbols, lowercase or uppercase in your password. If you have forgotten your password, find out how you can change your login password. Please ensure that your password is accurate and you are using a stable internet connection.

Q: What should I do if I forget my EduSupport (ES) account password?

A: Click on the avatar and click 'Forgot your password" or "Password reset" at the footer menu. Enter your registered email and click on 'Submit'. If you have entered the correct email, you should receive an email from us on resetting your password. If you do not find that email, please make sure you have checked your junk mail.
