High Frequency English for Preschoolers

High Frequency Series is recommended for Kindergarten One and Two (Equivalent to 4-year-old kinder and Prep in Australia) children to prepare them for Primary One. They are also suitable for Primary One pupils who have yet to read and spell high-frequency words.
High Frequency Words: There are 128 target words which include most of the 100 commonly used words. Through different exercises which focus on specific reading or spelling skills, these books help children to be better readers by exposing them to high frequency words. The more fluent the child is as a reader, the better he will be in understanding what he reads.
High Frequency Word Families: There are 32 high frequency word families, generating 256 words. Word families are useful in early reading and spelling as the one-word family can generate several words. Through a variety of exercises and revision papers, this book helps pupils to expand their vocabulary by recognizing how words from particular word families are spelled and how they sound.
High Frequency Action Words: There are 128 action words. Through different exercises which focus on specific reading, spelling, or comprehension skills, this book helps the child to be a better reader by exposing him to the high frequency action words. The more fluent the child is as a reader, the better he will be in understanding what he reads.
